Send approved data to your books

Document AI publishes through MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, so each accounting platform is reached the same controlled way.

“Not yet verified live” means the connector is implemented and tested against recorded responses of the platform's server, but a publication to a live account of that platform has not yet been confirmed. Tell us if you would like to be among the first to connect one.

How publishing works

  1. Step 1

    Connect

Choose your accounting software and sign in to it, or paste the server address it gives you. Credentials are encrypted and never shown again.

  2. Step 2

    Prepare

The publishing agent reads your contacts, accounts and tax rates, and matches the document's supplier and lines to them.

  3. Step 3

    Confirm

You see the exact records that will be written, change any match, and confirm — or cancel and nothing happens.

  4. Step 4

    Publish

Exactly the confirmed calls are made. The record's link appears in the document's publication history.

Document content cannot add or change a publication: the records written are the ones you confirmed. More on security.
