Pricing questions
What counts as a document?
Each processing run: uploading a document counts once, and each rerun counts again. Pages within a document are not counted separately.
What happens when I reach a limit?
The API answers with a clear error and the app shows the limit you reached. Nothing already processed is lost; upgrade, wait for the next period, or ask us about a higher limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Owners can change the plan from the plan page in the app, and limits apply at once. Talk to our sales team about Enterprise terms.
Is payment taken online?
Not yet. Plans are recorded on your organisation and invoiced separately while online payment is being added.
