1. The service
Document AI is a hosted service that classifies documents, extracts their content, and delivers structured data through a web application and an API. These terms govern your organisation's use of it.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them, and the API keys you create. Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the documents you upload and the data extracted from them. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service for you.
4. Plans, limits and fees
Each plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Fees, invoicing and payment terms are set out in your order or plan confirmation.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to process content you have no right to process, to probe or disrupt it, or to circumvent its limits or security controls.
6. Liability, termination and governing law
To be completed by the operator with its legal adviser: limitation of liability, warranties, termination, data return on termination, and the governing law and jurisdiction.
