Placeholder text. This page is a template for the operator, [Your company name], to replace with text reviewed by a lawyer. It is not a binding agreement.

1. Who we are

The operator of Document AI is the data controller for account data (names, email addresses, sign-in records) and processes the documents you upload on your organisation's behalf.

2. What we collect

Account data you give us; the documents you upload and the data extracted from them; usage records (processing runs, API requests, model tokens) used for limits and billing; and security logs such as sign-in attempts and an audit log of actions.

Messages sent through the contact form are stored with your name, email address and a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse.

3. How documents are processed

Documents are stored in your organisation's isolated storage. When your organisation uses a hosted AI model provider, the content needed for a request is sent to that provider through the platform's gateway; a local model keeps processing on the operator's infrastructure. We do not train models on your documents.

4. Retention

Documents and results are kept for your plan's retention period, after which they are deleted.

5. Your rights and contact

To be completed by the operator with its legal adviser: legal bases, sub-processors, international transfers, data-subject rights, and how to contact the data-protection officer.
